With gratitude, Abbe leads a heart centered practice on and off the mat & she exists as living proof of the transformative power of the practice. Abbe first found her love of the practice over 15 years ago while studying Eastern Philosophy and Religion while at UMass. Her inspiring instructors paved her love for philosophy and meditation. But it wasn't until almost 5 years later that Abbe found her physical asana practice. After being hit by a car while on her bicycle, suffering from chronic pain she attended her first physical yoga class. It was love at first practice. She learned from this divine intervention of the importance of yoga as a complete system- mind, body and soul.
Now Her days are filled sharing her signature “Vitality” yoga classes, as well as certified teacher trainings and workshops. Her teaching practice has brought her all over the world. Aside from being hosted for dozens of workshops and trainings across Massachusetts and Rhode island, she has taught inversion workshops on the ocean cliffs of Costa Rica at world famous Anamaya, meditation in the desert canyons of southern Utah, and biomechanics in the earthen jungles of Tulum Mexico.
Abbé received her formal trainings from Patti Doyle of Innerlight and Lori Pagliaroni of Thames Street Yoga. She has since expanded her study with NASM, IIN, and has spent countless hours with great gurus such as Shiva Rea, Kino McGregor, Alison West, Tom Meyers and many more.
